Exercising is a great way to help stay fit and to maintain the balance of our four aspects. Physical exercise impacts us in a greater way than we realize and dancing to the sound of pow wow music brings the culture home into our heats.
The sessions begin with a quick introduction circle and a check in. This is followed with stretching then the introduction of basic steps We then quick off with the workout which is tailored to the needs and abilities of the group. The session ends with stretching and a closing round.
Time frames can vary from 30m to an hour. It is important to wear comfortable clothes and footwear. Music is provided.
